Chris Fellbaum, President/CEO

Chris has been the entrepreneur and driving force behind our company Partyco Holdings Ltd. (Now Straz Gear Inc.) for 20 years. He has been instrumental in the growth of our business from a team of 7 in a small 6000 sg ft location in 2001 to become a leading Canadian Events company with over 60 employees and a modern distribution facility in South Burnaby, BC. In the early months of 2020 Chris saw the opportunity to help out with the battle of COVID-19. He quickly sought knowledge and expertise from other health care manufacturing industry veterans and pivoted his existing facility to manufacture high quality Pediatric Medical Masks. Along with his team and his network; Chris brings a wealth of hands on expertise in manufacturing, operations, warehousing, transportation, machine operation, import sourcing/freight, finance, sales & marketing. He is also the father of three young children and has a strong passion to ensure the safety of children in this new changed world we live in. LinkedIn

Tony Jumeau, Director of Business Development

Tony Jumeau has been representing mobile safety and fire suppression systems for over 19 years, as well as years of service as a volunteer firemen. He is an advocate for building capacity within the wildland urban interface (WUI) communities around the world. He is also a partner in a team building business called SLAM (School of Leadership & Management) since 2003 aiding schools and businesses with team building skills for life. As an avid learner, Tony shares a passion to share innovative technologies with first responders to be effective and safe.

Education has been at the forefront of his life for some time now. Tony enjoys planning technology workshops and sharing leading innovations seen travelling around the world. In his words “There is always something to learn”. Applying new innovations in both manufacturing and in business has been his strong asset to companies he has worked with over the past 25 years. He has seen some significant changes in the fire industry as a firefighter and operating as a partner in various designs, product management, and commissioning of apparatus and equipment.

On his personal time, Tony offers public awareness on PTSD often diagnosed in 1rst responders and veterans through fund raising campaigns in Canada. He enjoys a good run and is often seen as a spectator watching his daughter move up the ranks from provincial to national rugby competitions. LinkedIn

Stephanie Redlich, General Manager

Stephanie has been an integral member of our team for nearly 10 years. She has worked in management, customer service, sales, operations, logistics and packaging, and so brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Stephanie has a strong understanding of our business and works efficiently and effectively towards streamlining processes, and ensuring our team is well equipped for optimal success.

As a mother to a kindergarten aged child, she understands our customer’s needs, appreciates the quality of our masks and is eager to keep our kids safe through this pandemic. LinkedIn

Dallas Fellbaum, Director of Community Relations

Dallas has been involved with the compassionate care of people for most of her career span. She has a wealth of experience in healthcare working with the elderly and disabled. She was highly beneficial to their care, nutrition and overall wellness. Dallas has spent the last 10 years utilizing her talent with people skills in the area’s of business development, marketing, sales and client relations. Her combined career skills provide our Company’s client with extraordinary expertise and guidance in assisting with the sourcing and procurement of Pediatric Medical Masks. Samantha Sorensen, Customer Relations

Samantha is a key member of our client care & customer relations team. Her background and expertise has been in client education, product information issuance, transportation & logistics coordination, IT applications, social media communications.

Heather Meglaughlin, Director of Finance

Heather has been involved in the management of our company administration and finance for over 20 years. She has a wealth of expertise with our financial administration and payroll management. Heather is asset to the overall performance and growth of our company from its inception in 2001. Heather is the mother 2 adult children and keeps busy with her grandchildren also.

Rocque Anik, Production Manager

Rocque has been a leader in our companies operations for many years. He provides leadership and hands on expertise to our warehousing functions, production, team management and organizational needs. Along with Rocque’ s dedicated work schedule, he has also been a hard working student in the area of IT.
