Straz Gear Inc. proudly ensures its pediatric surgical masks are individually made in Canada with care at our manufacturing lab near Vancouver, British Columbia. Our surgical mask materials are supplied from top quality sources and we ensure they meet our high standards. We adhere to strict international government regulatory standards of ASTM for surgical-grade mask construction. We are also approved by the Canadian Government with a MDEL (Medical Device Equipment License)Â authorized by Health Canada. The highest standards, protocols and processes are in place to ensure each one of our masks are produced with superb craftsmanship and care for children’s use.

All our pediatric surgical masks are designed specifically for use for children’s needs: lightweight comfort, ease of breathability, kids rated durability, germ filtration & convenient packaging were all carefully considered with our custom-designed products.
Comfort:
- Our ear bands are 40% wider than traditional face mask ear bands.
- Kids sized ear bands lengths that are designed for smaller faces; fewer needs for knots
- High quality elastic using spandex (70%) and nylon (30%)
- Kids sized face masks provide a more comfortable & formed fit
- The hydrophilic softer non-woven fabric on the inside helps wick moisture off the face
- Odorless with no strong scents. All raw material used are new & non-recycled
Breathability:
- Custom designed for optimal breathability through the mask fabric
Durability:
- Extra tough ear loop welding to our masks ensure reliable use
- Masks materials joined together using ultrasonic welding. No toxic glues or adhesives are used in the mask
- Filtration materials are medical grade as used in health care environments and help to block the small germ particles
Packaging:
- 10 masks are included in one Zip-Bag. Our Zip-Bags give ease to pack and go for your kids busy days.
